Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Domestic (United States)

Shipping is calculated live at checkout via USPS based on your package's actual weight and destination, plus a $3.50 handling fee to cover packaging materials and labor. Orders of $70 and up ship free. Two USPS service tiers are available at checkout: Ground Advantage (standard) and Priority Mail (faster).

International

We ship internationally via USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Packaging

Mineral and crystal specimens are fragile. Each piece is individually wrapped and cushioned for transit. If an item arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at minemineralco@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, for damage) within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a carrier claim.
