Refund policy

Returns

Because every mineral and crystal specimen we sell is a unique, naturally occurring piece, we describe and photograph each one individually. Natural variation in color, inclusions, or minor surface characteristics compared to photos (due to lighting, monitor/screen differences, etc.) is normal and is not grounds for a return.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

• the item arrives damaged or broken in transit, or
• the item received is materially different from its listing (wrong specimen, wrong stated dimensions/weight, etc.)

To start a return, email us at minemineralco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll confirm next steps by email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Damaged-in-transit or misdescribed items: we cover return shipping and issue a full refund (or replacement, if available).
• Change-of-mind returns (undamaged, as-described items): buyer covers return shipping; original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.

Exclusions

Custom orders, specimens marked "final sale," and gift cards are not eligible for return.
